Publication Ethics

Al-Kashshāf upholds the highest standards of academic integrity.

Duties of Editors:

  • Submit only original, unpublished work
  • Cite all sources accurately
  • Ensure co-authors approve final submission

Plagiarism Policy

  • Plagiarism and self-plagiarism are strictly prohibited.
  • Manuscripts with >30% similarity will be rejected.
  • Checked via software and manual review.

Open Access Policy

  • All articles are freely available online in line with the Budapest Open Access Initiative, enabling global access to knowledge.
  • Authors retain copyright.
  • Articles may be freely shared with proper citation.
  • Permission required for third-party materials (tables, figures, images, etc.).

Submission Guidelines

  • Manuscripts are accepted in English or Arabic.
  • Manuscripts must follow journal ethics and APA referencing.

Publication Fees

  • Assessment Fee of ₦10,000 (Non-refundable): 

  • Publication Fee: ₦20,000 (after successful assessment)

  • Proof of payment must be emailed to the journal.

Important Date:

  • Articles for December Maiden Publication must be submitted before 31st November 2025.
